Winter (November 16 to April 30) rates range from $110 to $150 per night (taxes and breakfasts included !!).
Summer (May 1 to November 15) rates range from $145 to $200 per night (taxes and breakfasts included !!).
Rates are per room -- double or single occupancy (maximum 2 people/room)
All rates include: All Taxes (note some area hotels charge 11%), Breakfast, and Cable TV.
Breakfast - a delicious full breakfast is served at one time, 9 a.m. For those who wish have an earlier breakfast, we will serve a fruit melon plate, cereal, toast, orange juice, tea or coffee. Upon arrival, we will discuss with you breakfast timing and any food allergies.

Reservations made in advance should be guaranteed with a credit card or

Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will receive a refund.
We are a non-smoking inn.
Sorry, we cannot accommodate children as the Georgian Manor Inn is not
child-safe.
